Keith Evans (キース・エヴァンス) is a character introduced in Psychic Force.
Story[]
When he was younger Keith studied abroad, during which time he befriended Burn. Though he hid his abilities he was eventually discovered and captured by the military along with other psychiccers. The pain from the inhuman experiments he was subjected to caused him to organize a revolt along with other captured psychiccers, though he was the only one who was able to escape the place alive. Wishing to create an utopic place for all of his fellow psychiccers he sends a telepathic message to them all over the world, announcing the creation of NOA organization. However, under Wong's counsel Keith uses extreme methods to achieve his goals, causing his former friend Burn to directly oppose him and form his own group of psychiccers to stop his plans.
Burn would eventually confront Keith in battle inside of NOA's headquarters, but Wong betrays him and detonates the place, causing various psychiccers to die in the explosion. Keith survives and manages to save Burn by freezing him, but starts doubting his ideals. He learns that Wong created his own Psychic Army to take over the world and is convinced by Carlo Belfrond to reform NOA in order to oppose Wong's plans.
Keith is shown to be very intelligent and polite, as well as a charismatic leader.
Fighting Style[]
Keith is a balanced character who is good at both close and long range. He can use his ice powers to shoot icicles, create ice barriers and trap the opponent.
